Why Work With Me
I bring a combination of Apple ecosystem knowledge, accessibility awareness, and real-world patience.
I worked at Apple for 7 years, and I’ve personally used Apple devices since 2009.
My work is focused on helping people use these tools in ways that are more approachable, more supportive, and more useful in daily life.
I’m especially interested in the gap between what Apple devices can do and what people are actually able to use with confidence.
What I offer is independent, personalized support — not generic tech help, and not a one-size-fits-all setup. I look at the person, the routine, and the friction points, then design a strategy from there.
Closing Section
The right setup can reduce frustration, support independence, and make everyday technology feel far more manageable.
Whether you’re looking for support for yourself, a family member, or the people your organization serves, I offer thoughtful, practical help centered on Apple devices and accessibility.
